Holly DuPart

Holly DuPart is the Managing Broker and owner of RealtySmarts! Her first real estate experience began in the mortgage banking industry at Fannie Mae (Federal National Mortgage Association). While working in the area of multi-family underwriting, Holly fell in love with the idea of property ownership for all Americans. Later, as a Director for the City of Chicago Department of Housing, Holly was responsible for project management of the high profile Cabrini Green Redevelopment Project, and created and managed the 63rd & Halsted Street Redevelopment Project and the relocation of Kennedy-King College. Creation and implementation of the Design Matters Architectural Review Panel was one of Holly’s proudest achievements.
Having sold millions of dollars of real estate, Holly’s sales experience runs the gamut from single family home and condo sales, mixed use commercial sales, foreclosure short sales, to tax auction properties. Sharing information and training others for success in real estate investing is Holly’s passion, and is satisfying personally as well as professionally. Holly is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors and the Chicago Association of Realtors. She serves on several real estate boards including the Chicago Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee, Property Management Committee and constantly reinforces ethical practice and working with integrity in all of the members of the organization.
